Yelawolf & Ed Sheeran - Slumdon Bridge

Everyone should be familiar with Yela at this point. If you don't know Ed (as I didn't) he's a pretty popular singer-songwriter in the UK.


In an interview, Ed Sheeran explained he had been a fan of Yelawolf and wanted to branch out to the US so that's where this unexpected collab came from. There's only 4 tracks on Slumdon Bridge, but it's really good. I have a particular interest in mixing genres that all started with Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory.

You Don't Know (For Fuck's Sake) and Faces are the better of the four but the whole mini-EP is cool. I hope to see more of this kind of stuff from the two and even other artists.
