Chiddy Bang

Chiddy Bang is a duo consisting of rapper Chidera "Chiddy" Anamege (left) and DJ/Producer Noah "Xaphoon Jones" Beresin (right). Signed to Parlophone records who also house Tinie Tempah and Gorillaz.


Chiddy Bang is part of the new rap wave including Childish Gambino and Sammy Adams fusing hip hop, alternative/indie, and techno/dubstep. Chiddy holds the Guiness Record for longest consecutive freestyle rap of 9+ hours and I wouldn't be shocked to find out it was all good, he's that natural. Xaphoon kills beats no matter what genre and favors upbeat, face paced samples.

The duo has a couple official mixtapes to their name along with a pre-album called The Preview which is money from start to finish. Their first album is called Breakfast and is set for release on Feb. 28th, 2012.
